Mel is committed to community-led approaches to dignity and well-being. Her work centers on how women and communities create care, protection, and opportunity in places where formal systems are inconsistent or out of reach.
She founded Shared Pathways Network Inc. to connect working professionals with community-based organizations through partner-defined support — offering skills, financial contributions, and long-term relationships in ways designed to strengthen what already exists rather than replace it.
