Mel is committed to community-led approaches to dignity and well-being. Her work centers on how women and communities create care, protection, and opportunity in places where formal systems are inconsistent or out of reach.
She founded Shared Pathways Network Inc. to connect working professionals with community-based organizations through partner-defined support — offering skills, financial contributions, and long-term relationships in ways designed to strengthen what already exists rather than replace it.

Trevorne is our Program Director with a focus on how people, leadership, and environment shape community outcomes. Her work integrates prevention strategy, behavioral health, and systems thinking to support both individual growth and collective well-being.
With a background in military leadership, clinical practice, and workshop facilitation, Trevorne brings a grounded, relational approach, known for listening deeply, asking thoughtful questions, and helping translate insight into meaningful action. At Shared Pathways Network Inc., she works alongside community partners to support initiatives that strengthen life skills, mental wellness, and long-term, partner-defined impact.
